Oven toasted kale chips

A snack that’s super healthy AND tastes great!

Crispy, toasted kale chips.  Good as a side or a healthy snack

I was lucky enough to find a HUGE bag of pre-trimmed and washed kale at the grocery store

It does save a few steps, but even if you buy a bunch of kale, just trim off the stems and cut into bite size pieces

Drizzle with olive oil and toss.  I like to use the lighter olive oil for this application

Make sure the kale is coated but be careful not to overdo it…

Let’s keep this a light and healthy!

Lay in a single layer on a sheet pan lined with parchment for easy clean up

Season with kosher salt and black pepper and bake at 400 degrees for about 12- 15 minutes

Be sure to check halfway through and toss around on the sheet pan to make sure the

kale is getting crispy but not overcooking

The toasted kale chips last for a few days in a sealed container,

but in our house, they only last a few hours!
