Herbed Ricotta cheese spread

I love a good party.
I love when we throw a good party.
I love when our friends love coming to our good parties!!
Keep them coming back with some easy, homemade appetizers that make any party memorable!
This is a super simple herbed ricotta cheese that you can spread on baguettes.
You can use my recipe for Homemade Ricotta or store bought if you wish.
If you use the store bought ricotta, make sure you drain in a fine sieve for about an hour to get out any remaining liquid.
This is about 8 oz of store bought ricotta cheese, draining
Mix up some Everyday seasoning, kosher salt, black pepper, garlic and onion powders
Finely chop some fresh parsley and fresh basil.
Stir into the drained ricotta cheese, taste and adjust seasonings if necessary
Chill for 30 minutes and serve with a crusty baguette
Mmmm… creamy with a kick of fresh.
The Herbed Ricotta Cheese Spread is shown here served alongside
It’s a must try!
8oz good quality store bought or homemade ricotta cheese
1 teaspoon each kosher salt, black pepper, onion powder and garlic powder
1 tablespoon each finely chopped basil and parsley
