There are many different variations of Seafood Remoulade.
I choose to make a simple version that can be used for many different applications.
Mix together 3 tablespoons of mayo, one tablespoon ketchup and one tablespoon of pickle relish.
Add in one teaspoon of Old Bay Seafood Seasoning
Sprinkle in some powdered cayenne pepper to taste
depending upon how hot you like it
Serve up with your favorite seafood or fish dishes
We most recently served our Crab cakes with this Seafood Remoulade and it was a hit!
