We made this quick Greek style pasta as a side to Mediterranean Grilled Chicken, but it would pair perfectly with most mains, even at a backyard BBQ!
I put this together in under 20 minutes… the longest part is waiting for the water to boil!
Cook one pound of small pasta, such as Tubetini, according to package instructions
Toss with a light drizzle of olive oil after drained
Strip about a tablespoon each of fresh oregano and fresh thyme from their stems
Rough chop about a cup of pitted kalameta olives
Toss the herbs and olives into the tubetini pasta
The freshness of the herbs and saltiness of the olives give this pasta enough flavor without any additional spices or ingredients
Mix well, and serve!

1 lb small pasta such as tubetini
1 tablespoon of olive oil
1 tablespoon each of fresh oregano & fresh
1 cup rough chopped pitted kalameta olives
