Rosemary Garlic Chicken

Talk about a flavorful weeknight meal with only a few ingredients!

This Rosemary Garlic Chicken is a favorite in our house especially because of the fast prep a busy weeknight

Our butcher sells thigh-leg parts that are attached.  Sometimes we split them up, other times we let them be the way they are

This is about 3 pounds of chicken parts, patted dry, skin left on

You’ll also need one large head of garlic, peeled and about 2 tablespoons of fresh rosemary

Start with a swirl of olive oil in an oven safe pan, add in your chicken parts

Tuck in your garlic cloves and sprinkle with the fresh rosemary

Drizzle with olive oil and shake on about 2 tablespoons of Everyday Seasonings which is a mix of onion powder, garlic powder, kosher salt and black pepper

Place pan in your 375 degree preheated oven for about 40-45 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165-170 degrees

Ingredients

3 pounds of chicken parts

1 large head of garlic, peeled

2 tablespoons of fresh rosemary

Olive Oil

2 teaspoons each of garlic & onion powders

1 teaspoon each of kosher salt & black pepper

Directions
