A refreshingly fruity tropical mixed drink made with pineapple juice, coconut rum and a splash of cranberry
Even the name Malibu Bay Breeze sounds refreshing!
What is Malibu Rum?
Malibu is a Caribbean rum flavored with coconut liqueur. It’s the world’s best-selling coconut flavored Caribbean rum, according to the Malibu brand
This cocktail makes me think of sunshine, the ocean and chillin’ with friends!
And it’s super easy to mix up
I’m measuring out the ingredients for one cocktail, but you can easily make a pitcher of these delicious tropical drinks for a party
What you’ll need is 2 ounces of Malibu Coconut Rum, 2 ounces of cranberry juice and 2 ounces of pineapple juice
Measure 2 ounces each of the rum and juices. Pour into a cocktail shaker filled with crushed ice and shake it!
Serve in a tall glass over ice
