I don’t know about you, but mimosas are my favorite part of any brunch! And don’t get me wrong, I love a mimosa made with orange juice but with the Fall weather and abundance of apple cider available, I just had to update this classic party drink
A flavorful splash of apple cider in crisp, bubbly champagne and the warm spice of cinnamon sugar will get any brunch celebration started!
Choose your favorite bubbly, brut or sweet, whichever you prefer, a really good apple cider and some cinnamon sugar
Run a wedge of fresh apple around the rim of each glass and dip in a shallow plate of cinnamon sugar
You can buy pre-made cinnamon sugar or just mix 1/4 of a cup of granulated sugar with about a teaspoon and a half of ground cinnamon
Add a splash of cider to each champagne glass and top with the chilled champagne

Ingredients
750 ml bottle of champagne or sparkling wine
1-2 ounces of apple cider per cocktail
Cinnamon sugar for glass rim
apple wedge
Directions
