This family friendly “mock-tail” is good for any time of the day and perfect for brunch!
Only 3 ingredients for this virgin cocktail… pineapple juice, cranberry juice and grenadine
Fill a glass with ice and pour in 1 cup of pineapple juice, 1/2 cup of cranberry and a tablespoon of grenadine
If you prefer a sweeter drink, you can add in a little more grenadine
Stir and serve!
Spike it with coconut rum or vodka to make it a happy hour favorite
