Vodka Collins

If you ask me to describe a Vodka Collins, I’d have to say it’s a long, cool sparkling lemonade cocktail

Sounds refreshing and makes me think of warm weather and good friends to enjoy happy hour with

Let’s stop the chit chat and mix up a couple of cocktails to get this party started!

Since this cocktail has very few ingredients, it’s very important to use a good quality vodka.  Choose your favorite and keep in mind the vodka will be the star of the show and the mixers are the supporting actors

For each drink, measure out 2 ounces of vodka, 1 ounce of fresh lemon juice, 1/2 ounce of simple syrup and top off with some bubbly seltzer

Garnish with a lemon wedge and a couple of maraschino cherries

Thanks for the super cool retro Collins glasses Pop Pop!
