Mango Lassi

It has fruit so it must be healthy, right??  Well, I’m not sure about that but I do know that Mango Lassis are delicious!

Sweet mango, tangy Greek yogurt and a punch of spiced rum make this slushy cocktail perfect for warm weather get-togethers!

Measure 1 1/4 cups of peeled fresh or frozen mango pieces, 1/2 cup of spiced rum, 1/4 cup of fresh lemon juice, 1/4 cup of Agave or honey, 2 tablespoons of plain Greek yogurt, a pinch of kosher salt and a pinch of cayenne pepper

Put all of the ingredients into a blender and puree until well mixed.  Add in 4 cups of ice and blend until smooth

Serve with a fresh mint sprig
