This dry rub is a staple in my kitchen
This is a very simple recipe, that you will find many great uses for as it goes great on pork, chicken and even certain fish like salmon, that can stand up to it!
We will need 1 tablespoon of kosher salt, 1 tablespoon of ground black pepper, 1 tablespoon of garlic powder, 1 tablespoon of onion powder, 2 tablespoons of paprika, 2 tablespoons of chili powder and 1/2 cup of brown sugar
Place all of this into a bowl
And that’s that, a delicious rub with a lot of different notes to bring out flavor in anything you can sear, roast and grill!!!
Store whatever rub you don’t use in a sealed jar for another great use!!

1 tablespoon of kosher salt
1 tablespoon of ground black pepper
1 tablespoon of garlic powder
1 tablespoon of onion powder
2 tablespoons of paprika
2 tablespoons of chili powder
1/2 cup of brown sugar
Add all the ingredients into a bowl and whisk together until incorporated
Store any leftovers in an air tight container
