When I say this recipe is easy, I mean EASY!
The longest part is waiting for the water to boil
For 4 servings, you’ll need one cup of cous cous and a cup and a half of water
Bring the water to a boil over medium heat with a teaspoon of kosher salt, add in the cous cous and set timer for one minute
Turn off heat and fluff with a fork
Drizzle in olive oil, add 1 teaspoon each of fresh chopped parsley & oregano and additional kosher salt
We served alongside our Lamb Loin Chops

Ingredients
1 1/2 cups water
kosher salt
1 cup cous cous
1 teaspoon fresh parsley
1 teaspoon fresh oregano
Olive Oil
Directions
Bring 1 1/2 cups water to boil over medium heat with 1 teaspoon kosher salt
Add in 1 cup cous cous and set your timer for 1 min
Remove from heat, fluff with fork & add parsley and oregano
Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle kosher salt to taste
