Hi! I’m Marin, the “resident baker” of Simply Sundays!
Personally, I think that cookies are the best food ever invented. And yes, there are times that I just sit there and read recipes, looking for the perfect one
These particular cookies caught my eye!
They’re super easy and who doesn’t love the combination of coconut and chocolate? It’s like your favorite Almond Joy candy made into delicious cookies!
Did I mention they only have four ingredients??
You’ll just need shredded coconut, chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk and chopped almonds
Combine all of the ingredients in a large mixing bowl
I like when the cookies are all the same size so I’m using a 1 tablespoon cookie scooper Scoop the dough out into balls, give them a roll in your hands and place on a cookie sheet sprayed with cooking spray
Give them some space… they’ll spread a little bit
Pop the cookie sheets into an oven preheated to 325 degrees F for 10-12 minutes, until the edges start to get lightly browned
Place on a rack to cool
Warning – this is dangerous. Make sure you guard the cookies or your family might think this is a free-for-all. At least sneak one or two for yourself before they disappear!
Sweet!
