Herbed Ricotta Cheese

One of the most important parts of throwing a good party is the food, right?

I’m not saying this because we’re foodies and pretty much all we think about is food, but having a tasty spread of appetizers is a great way to ensure your gathering will be a success!

This is such a easy way to make a spread for baguettes or crackers and it looks like you put a lot of effort making this Herbed Ricotta Cheese

You’ll need 16 ounces of a good quality ricotta cheese, 1 teaspoon each of garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper and a 1/2 teaspoon of kosher salt

I like the addition of basil and parsley to give it a fresh taste
