Cutting avocados used to be tricky, until I learned this easy way that works great every time
Make sure your avocado is ripe, but not too soft
Start by cutting the avocado lengthwise all the way around and twist the two halves apart
Once the two halves are apart, tap the pit with the blade of a knife and twist then pop out
Score each half of avocado lengthwise then crosswise
Scoop the cubed avocado flesh out with a spoon
The avocado chunks scoop right out! Easy peasy!
