Spicy pepperoni & creamy Parmesan cheese tossed into festively colored pasta and all mixed with a zesty Homemade Balsamic Vinaigrette

This quick and easy Italian inspired Pasta Salad needs an invite to your next BBQ!

What you’ll need is cooked tri-colored rotini pasta, black olives, red bell pepper, Parmesan cheese, pepperoni and balsamic vinaigrette

Cook the pasta according to the box directions, toss with olive oil and set aside to cool

Slice the black olives in half (unless you’re smart enough to buy them pre-sliced) and dice the red bell pepper

Dice the pepperoni stick and cube the block of Parmesan

Add all of ingredients to the cooled pasta and give a toss

Add in 1/3 cup of Homemade Balsamic Vinaigrette, toss again and chill for at least an hour

If the pasta salad soaks up too much of the vinaigrette, dress with a few tablespoons more before serving

Ingredients

 12 ounce box of tri-colored rotini pasta

Drizzle of olive oil

6 ounces black olives

Medium red bell pepper

8 ounce block parmesan cheese

6 ounce stick of pepperoni

1/3 cup of Homemade Balsamic Vinaigrette

Directions

Cook the pasta according to package instructions; drizzle with olive oil and set aside to cool

Slice the black olives in half; dice the red bell pepper; pepperoni stick and Parmesan cheese.  Toss all into the bowl with the cooled pasta and stir. Add in 1/3 cup of balsamic vinaigrette and chill for at least one hour or up to overnight
