We have been making this recipe for years and it is so great for a breakfast or brunch we just had to share it
Your absolutely going to have some fans after making this dish
Butter a half sheet baking dish and layer it with 6 pieces of cinnamon swirl bread (or raisin bread)
Peel and slice 2 large bananas Try to keep each slice around 1/4 inch thick
Layer the bananas over the bread
You will average around 6 banana slices on each piece of bread, depending on the size of the bananas
Cover with 6 more slices of the bread and press them down lightly
Next up you will need 1 1/2 cups of milk, 6 ounces of softened cream cheese, 1/2 cup of sugar, 4 eggs, 4 tablespoons of flour and 4 teaspoons of vanilla extract

Place all these ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth
Pour over the french toast, cover and refrigerate overnight
Preheat your oven to 350 F
Uncover your french toast, it should have absorbed a lot of the milk and egg mixture
Place into the oven and bake 45-55 minutes, until set and nicely browned on top
Remove from the oven and let them sit for at least 10 minutes
Remove from the pan and cut each one from corner to corner so you will be left with 12 halves
Sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve
Enjoy!!!

Can this be made the day before a party?
Sure! You’ll still need to let the egg mixture soak in overnight, so plan accordingly. Then you can bake ahead of time and refrigerate until the day of the party. Warm in the oven and add the powdered sugar before serving. Enjoy!
My Family loves it!!!! I was told this is a must have at any future brunch, I looked super fancy and no one knew just how easy it was! Thank you
