So… I felt like something Kahlua-like and thought a White Russian would be tasty
But it’s hot out so it needs to be super chilled. Maybe I should blend it with ice
Or… maybe I should blend it with coffee ice cubes! Yessss!!!!!
I typically save any leftover coffee we have and freeze it in an ice cube tray for iced coffees. But let me tell you… this application is WAY better
I’ve changed the White Russian ingredients a bit too… as usual, you’ll need Kahlua and vodka, but instead of milk or cream, I’m using vanilla almond milk. It gives a nice flavor
For each drink, measure out 2 ounces each of vodka and Kahlua, 4 ounces of vanilla almond milk and 4-5 coffee ice cubes
You can also use plain ice and add in about a 1/2 cup of chilled strong coffee or espresso
Blend ingredients and serve immediately
Enjoy!
